What is NeurLead?

NeurLead is a CRM for home-service businesses in the United States, with AI-assisted conversations and configurable automation. The long-term direction is Neuro: one AI business operator that coordinates work toward goals set by the owner. The CRM is the operational foundation for that direction.

The problem extends beyond answering a lead

A quick reply is useful. But a home-service business still needs to scope the work, prepare an estimate, find capacity, assign a technician, collect payment and earn the next job. When each step loses context, the owner becomes the person who connects everything. NeurLead is being built around that whole operating loop.

The starting point: connected operations

The current product brings lead records, conversations, estimates, scheduling, job workflows and invoices together. This gives a team a shared place to work and creates context for AI assistance. A subscription buys the current product and its configured capabilities; the autonomous demonstrations show the direction being developed.

The next interface is a business outcome

Instead of asking the owner to select every workflow, the intended interface starts with a goal such as “Fill tomorrow’s schedule.” Neuro would compare open opportunities with capacity, propose a plan, coordinate supported actions and report results or exceptions. This is a product vision, not a claim that unrestricted autonomous execution is available today.

One intelligence. Specialized capabilities. Shared memory.

Sales needs customer intent. Dispatch needs availability and geography. Finance needs the economics of the job. The architecture we are working toward lets Neuro coordinate those capabilities using the same business context. The owner should work with one intelligence rather than manage a collection of disconnected bots.

Context → decision → action → outcome

The long-term learning loop connects the situation that led to a decision with the action taken and the result observed. For example: an open appointment, an estimate worth following up, a conversation restarted and a job booked. These are illustrative objects in the architecture. We are not claiming a proven proprietary data advantage or guaranteed revenue improvement.

Autonomy must earn trust

The intended progression is observe, recommend, prepare for approval, then act within defined limits. Owners need to understand what happened, what requires approval and when the system should escalate. Guardrail examples in the demos describe the design direction; they are not a complete list of controls shipping in every plan.

For customers, partners and investors

Customers can evaluate the CRM through a trial and a complete workflow. Partners and investors can evaluate the larger thesis: build from operational software toward an intelligence layer that can coordinate execution. Product direction is public here; traction, economics and investment terms should be discussed with the team and supported by verified evidence.

Try it against your own workflow.
