Why this matters
Owners manually connect leads, conversations, pricing, schedules and payments. A fast AI reply does not finish that work. We are building a system that carries out the permitted process and hands clear exceptions to a person.
Where we start
Gold Hands is the operating environment for validating the workflow. CRM, conversations, scheduling, jobs and invoices provide the foundation. This is not evidence of complete autonomy or a claim about external paying customers.
What capital should accelerate
Engineering reliability across the full workflow, verifiable action controls, real-scenario evaluation and onboarding independent providers. These are proposed uses of capital for discussion; amounts and budget allocation require agreement.
The next milestones
Prove Sales-to-Paid-Booking in tests and a limited pilot; strengthen action controls, failure recovery and outcome tracking; validate the workflow with an independent provider and another trade. These milestones frame funding discussions; no round budget or terms are finalized here.
How we measure progress
The share of eligible inquiries reaching a paid booking without dispatcher intervention. Track cancellations, pricing and scheduling errors, human takeovers and actual margin alongside it. Message volume is not the outcome.
Where it can expand
After validating the first workflow: follow-up, capacity recovery, lost opportunities and coordination across business functions. Industry rules and private company memory should support expansion without a separate product for every customer.
